PETSc (compiling)

Before compiling code, if using PETSc, the PETSc directory must linked to from the build directory. In the git-phasta folder (or otherwise named parent folder) run:
export PETSCPATH=/users/mrasquin/petsc/build-3.5.3.25-jed-64idx-gnu-opt/
You can then run CMake on your build.
