When viewing vectors associated with a DMDA, restore the previous
behavior, with respect to ea2d7708fa6bebc714ed9a4ec0380dd837201800,
of outputting a separate scalar field for each component IFF any
component is named. Otherwise, retain the current behavior of outputting
a single vector-valued field.

The rationale is that if the components are unnamed, the user likely
considers them to be vector data. On the other hand, if any are named,
then the user likely would like to deal with them as separate fields.

Add additional logic to grvtk.c to detect if any DMDA fields are named,
using a static helper function DMDAGetFieldsNamed (but still exacerbating the
existing code duplication).

Field names are "VectorName[.FieldName]", and default names are e.g. "Unnamed.2".

Change the size of the "array2" values to be large enough. This is
potentially wasteful if not using named fields.

Add additional DM test ex48 tests to the test suite.

Add a note to the DMDAVTKWriteAll man page.

The aim is to allow one to view both scalar and vector fields in the same .vtr or .vts file, by viewing vectors associated with two compatible (but not identical because of differing dof/node) DMDAs.
This allows one to create an easy-to-load-into-Paraview file with the solution to the Stokes system, where the velocity is loaded as vector data (not a collection of scalar fields as before, where you’d have to use the Calculator to do things like plot streamlines).
This is accomplished here by:
- Adding a new argument to PetscViewerVTKAddField() to allow skipping the existing check that all vectors come from the same DM
- Adding a new function PetscViewerVTKGetDM()
- When viewing a vector associated with a DMDA, using the two changes above to skip the check and perform a check with DMGetCompatibility()
- Changing the behavior of DMDA viewing, when dof > 1, to write a single multi-dof field instead of multiple scalar fields (thanks to @Boris Kaus for the original code for this)

Some additional tests are added, based on DM test ex42.

The requirement that all vectors written to the file come from the same
DM is relaxed: compatible DMDAs (the same grid, different dof) are now
allowed.

This makes it simpler to do things like dump a pressure field and
velocity field (must be 3 dof even in 2d, with paraview) and be able to
quickly load it.
