Clarified docs for SNESLineSearchGet/SetVecs()

Make sure that it's well stated that X and F are solution and function
vectors; W and G are the associated work vectors.

Use classname in object for object name when calling PetscObjectPrintClassNamePrefixType() instead of some string with less precise name passed in

established convention, then changed to SNESGetSNESLineSearch according
to the object name SNESLineSearch. This is inconsistent with names such
as MatGetInfo, MatGetColoring, MatGetNullSpace, MatGetLocalToGlobalMapping,
SNESGetConvergedReason, and TSGetAdapt.

This is a change from petsc-3.3.

on generic function pointers, we hide this language linkage detail
(which is inconsistently implemented) in a cast.
