Building --with-visibility=1 --with-single-library=0 the linker does not find the following symbols:
VecLoad_Default - it is declared PETSC_EXTERN in src/dm/impls/plex/plex.c but PETSC_INTERN in veci

Building --with-visibility=1 --with-single-library=0 the linker does not find the following symbols:
VecLoad_Default - it is declared PETSC_EXTERN in src/dm/impls/plex/plex.c but PETSC_INTERN in vecimpl.h
Also the symbol TV_add_row (only in debug builds)
