Docs: use images from images repository and remove copies in doc/ tree

Commit another fallback table for dirhtml
since current docs build cannot access GitLab API effectively, this backup table needs to be commmitted to the repository
Docs: move src/docs/sphinx_docs to doc/, without updating paths in the doc source
